We provide a platform for event management, innovation showcases, and professional networking. Our community consists of three primary user groups: Investors, Sponsors, and Attendees.
2. User Obligations
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Terms for Specific User Groups
A. For Investors
Information Disclaimer: All financial data, pitch decks, or project metrics shared on this platform are for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, and any investment decisions made are at your own risk.
Due Diligence: Investors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding any opportunities presented on this site.
Confidentiality: Investors agree to treat proprietary information shared by startups or event organizers with the necessary confidentiality.
B. For Sponsors
Agreement Integration: These terms are supplementary to any separate Sponsorship Agreements signed with us. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a signed Sponsorship Agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.
Brand Usage: Sponsors grant us the right to use their logos and branding materials for promotional purposes related to the events they are sponsoring.
Deliverables: Sponsors are responsible for providing all agreed-upon materials (logos, banners, promotional assets) by the deadlines specified by our operations team.
C. For Attendees
Event Conduct: Attendees must adhere to the Code of Conduct provided for each specific event. We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event for behavior that is disruptive, harassment-based, or otherwise illegal.
Media Release: By attending, you grant us permission to capture and use photographs, video, or audio recordings of your participation in our events for marketing and promotional purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, software, and underlying code, is the property of [Company/Platform Name] or its contributors and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
